These terms govern your use of the Fitness House by Penny booking platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Users can view available classes and book sessions subject to availability • Bookings are confirmed upon successful reservation • The studio reserves the right to modify schedules when necessary • You will receive confirmation and reminder notifications for your bookings

• Eligible packages may be purchased online through the app or assigned by reception, depending on the package • Credits have the validity period shown for the specific package and expire accordingly • Credits are consumed when booking classes according to app rules • Online credits activate only after the payment is verified server-side • Packages handled at the studio activate according to the applicable studio payment and confirmation process

• Full credit refund if canceled 6+ hours before class start time • No refund if canceled less than 6 hours before class • Free rescheduling available up to 6 hours before class • The studio may update this policy and will notify users of changes • Studio-cancelled classes receive full credit refunds regardless of timing

• Member self-service bookings require enough valid, eligible credits for all requested seats • If there are not enough eligible credits, the booking cannot be completed until the member purchases or renews an applicable package • Existing historical bookings created under earlier rules remain recorded and may affect the available balance until resolved or canceled • Reception may handle exceptional cases through the studio administration tools where appropriate

• Members may add a friend to bookings where enabled • A friend's phone number may be uniquely linked to one member to prevent package sharing • Reception can resolve ownership exceptions upon request • Friend information is stored for booking history and operational purposes

• Eligible packages shown in the app may be purchased online by card through Stripe Checkout • A successful return to the app does not by itself activate credits; the payment must be verified server-side • Failed, canceled, or unverified online payments do not activate package credits • Where studio payment is offered for a package, reception will confirm the available payment methods and activation process

Users must: • Follow all studio rules and guidelines • Arrive on time for scheduled classes • Respect instructors, staff, and other members • Use equipment properly and safely • Notify the studio of any cancellations in a timely manner

The app may send: • Email notifications for bookings and account activity • In-app notifications for updates and announcements • SMS notifications for booking reminders and important updates Users may manage SMS opt-in preferences in their profile settings.

The studio reserves the right to: • Cancel classes due to operational reasons • Block or modify scheduled sessions • Change instructors, rooms, or time slots • Update the class schedule with reasonable notice Affected members will be notified and receive full credit refunds for studio-cancelled classes.

Fitness House by Penny is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Injuries sustained during classes or use of facilities • Technical errors or service interruptions • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Users participate in fitness activities at their own risk and should consult healthcare professionals before starting any exercise program.

The studio may restrict or suspend account access for: • Misuse or abuse of the booking system • Unpaid balances or outstanding fees • Violation of studio rules or these terms • Fraudulent or inappropriate behavior

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
